SW&B has a large following of dedicated, highly skilled craft people – many of whom have worked for SW&B on projects across the United States.  Our payroll fluctuates between a low of 500 and a high of 1,500 during heavy shutdown periods.

SW&B’s employees are well paid, furnished with medical benefits and are loyal.  Our crews are flexible and assigned to work tasks that are cost effective with minimal lost motion.  There is no “standing around” on our projects.  Our employees are proud, drug free and devoted to customer satisfaction.

SW&B’s craft resources are significant.  We hire several thousand crafts annually for our projects.  The craft data base is in excess of 30,000.  However, we strive to staff projects with only current and past superior employees because this maintains a high standard of performance in all areas:
